Supplies Me causes Email Avalanche!

♥ Supplies Me ♥ has become a force of nature! It’s a big class, and there is a ton of excitement going on. I have my work cut out for me keeping up with all the hijinks, but I am coping so far… 300  to 400 comments a day are being generated. Hooooooo boy…. you would think that would be overwhelming, but I’m thriving actually! I think it’s because the artwork is all so amazing, individual and my students are really getting out of their comfort zones, and experimenting ( Experiment has Play under its definition in my dictionary!). The support my Artomologists have for each other and the thoughtful comments blow me away. The ideas are inspirational and I get the same level of joy from watching someone who has not picked up a pencil to draw since childhood as I do with an experienced artist creating a masterpiece.

We start the drawing faces phase of the class tomorrow – and I am so EXCITED!!!!

I hesitated for months on pushing the ‘GO’ button and letting people know about the class… i was afraid i wouldn’t get any students, being my first time with a full-fledged class of my own… and well, I was very, very WRONG! It’s amazing how we find our peeps on this vast, tangled ball of energy we call the internet.
